Business Development manager

Developing unique transactional models for enterprise clients with innovative product portfolio is your passion. You possess unique communication and business development skills, and you are well-known for your entrepreneurial attitude. These would be your main responsibilities

  • Establish executive relationships with enterprise clients (B2B) by helping them to develop unique transactional models with Marquard Media innovative product portfolio
  • Conduct diligent research to understand the market, enterprise client needs, and decision-making processes
  • Build and manage enterprise client portfolio by building strong relationships from an initial qualified discovery call through closed sale to post-sale client care program
  • Consistently close new accounts and find new revenue streams within existing client portfolio and the newly built one
  • Meet quarterly revenue objectives and conduct measures to close in anticipated gaps
  • Conduct experiments to iterate on the business development process
  • Maintain a high level of outbound activity to prospective Marquard Media clients
  • Mentor, guide and coach team members

You possess these competencies

  • Demonstrated success in sales and/or business development management position
  • Proven track record in problem-solving, and meeting revenue targets and business goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work with CRM and BI tools
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Team-building mindset and ability to work in dynamic environment
  • Proactive attitude, resiliency and focus on reaching set goals
  • Integrity, dedication and stress-tolerance
  • Strong references from former employers and business partners
